Welcome to our resident intake process for safe, supportive, and affordable independent co-living across the DFW metroplex. We offer shared bedroom placements in fully furnished, clean homes with all-inclusive utilities (high-speed Wi-Fi, water, electric, and trash) designed strictly for independent single adults aged 18 and older, including seniors, veterans, and working individuals. Every resident undergoes a thorough background check to maintain a respectful and peaceful environment. Please note that our residences are independent living homes (not assisted-living or skilled care facilities), strictly pet-free, and all applications receive a prompt review within a 72-hour turnaround time.
